Mark has been involved in the public safety industry for more than 30 years. He is a certified Instructor through the Tennessee POST Commission and has instructed police departments and 911 communications centers throughout the mid-south in various law enforcement and 911 topics, and has been a presenter for APCO and NENA national conferences. He has written numerous articles that have been published in various law enforcement and emergency communications magazines. Mark has a degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Leadership School. He has completed over 100 hours of course work toward certification as a Municipal Specialist, through the University of Tennessee. Mark is a member of NENA, TENA, and APCO. Hobbies are sports and travel.
