Cindy Tiernan is the IT Project and 311 Manager , GA. Cindy was responsible for the implementation of the CRM system and is still involved as the manager. Cindy introduced more than 300 people within 49 departments to CRM. Working directly with the city manager's office, county administrator's office, and utility board, Cindy resourcefully created a CRM system that greatly enhances communications between citizens and local government. With her tremendous attention to detail, the Albany/Dougherty County CRM Call Center is undoubtedly one of the most efficiently run centers of its kind.
Cindy is currently managing a $7 million integrated Criminal Justice project. Agencies involved include law enforcement, jail, fire, legal offices, and the courts.
Prior to working in government, Cindy was a 25-year owner of a software development firm. With her efforts, the company rose from a local computer dealer to a national benchmark for Sharp Electronics inventory systems software. Cindy holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and is currently working on her MBA.
