We are about to release an exciting new version of our software suite of products. This new version includes powerful knowledge base functionality within the QAlert – Municipal CRM system that will make it easier for you to help citizens with their needs and for your citizens to help themselves.
All QScend customers, current with their maintenance and support contracts, will receive this upgrade at no additional cost.
This new feature along with product enhancements and increased performance will soon be available within all of the products. A significant goal of the upcoming release of QScend's products was to enhance the performance and usability of the products.
