Schedule your instructor-led training session in your computer lab or in the QScend classroom in Connecticut for the most effective training possible.

Our instructors are experts using the QScend e-government software suite. Through constant interaction with our clients, they understand how you use our products. They bring first-hand knowledge of our implementations around the country and provide you with practical examples, know-how, and advice.

Each class includes demonstration, practice, and actual implementation time in your own QScend control panel so you can quickly take theory to practice.

These sessions are best for groups of 8 to 12 staff members who will be your most active users, and who can most effectively train those users charged with much smaller, specific taks. Typically, you should allow for one to two days of QScend Academy Live training, whether at your facility or at QScend. As always, your instructor-led sessions can be tailored to meet your exact needs and budget.
