The QScend Academy organizes an annual user group meeting.  This gathering of municipal managers, IT directors, Pubic Information Officers, communication officials, clerks, and other municipal professionals provides a unique opportunity for the exchange of ideas on using technology to improve citizen service.

In addition to the forums, round table, and best practice discussions, many hands-on QScend training sessions are available.
