QAlert Boot Camp is an intensive skill-building training program designed to certify managers and administrators in the use of this municipal CRM system. This 2 1/2-day program provides attendees with a thorough understanding of how QAlert functions, including, but not limited to:
1) The Features of the Call Center Tab
2) The Main Functions of the Service Requests Tab
3) The Features of the Reporting Tab
4) The Features of the Administration Tab
5) Product Configuration Options
6) Product Functionality Options
7) Product Administration
8) User Management Functions
9) Website Integration Options
Prerequisites
Trainees must have a demonstrated understanding or basic working knowledge of QAlert, as well as a demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and its functionality. Attendees should be able to make organizational and content decisions while completing work within their municipality's QAlert control panel. Any necessary local departmental discussions with regard to what needs to be accomplished during training should occur before attending.
Day 1 (Full Day)
Overview of QAlert, from the Call Center tab through the Administration Tab. Trainees will learn how each area functions, examine how to work in each area, and learn how to train others to do the same. Classroom activities include hands-on practice and discussions of best practices in citizen service and how QAlert is currently being used by the municipality being trained.
Day 2 (Full Day)
Work time in the municipality's QAlert control panel. Based on the previous day's discussion, trainees will begin to re-organize and edit service requests as necessary, add prompts and scripts for call takers, responders, and citizens, address knowledge base questions and answers, and receive an overview of the powerful features in the QAlert Reporting Tab, which will include the building out of any specific reports your municipality needs.
Day 3 (Half Day)
A review and continuation of the discussions and activities of the previous days, plus a QAlert certification examination.

Tuition Cost per Person
$1299 for the first person, $799 for each additional person. Class size is limited to four people per Boot Camp.
