QSCEND ANNOUNCES WEBSITE CONTRACT
WITH CITY OF HUNTINGTON, NY

WATERBURY, CONN. (Dec. 12, 2011) - QScend Technologies, Inc., announced today that it has been awarded a contract with the City of Huntington, New York, to completely renovate its website using QScend’s software suite of Web-based products.

With QScend’s QContent™, Huntington staff will be able to create numerous RSS feeds, interactive GEO Content, photo galleries, email forms, and more. In addition, staff also will be able to make quick changes to each department’s web pages, thereby providing more up-to-date information, news, and event notification to the town’s residents.

In addition, the citizens of the Town of Huntington will benefit from the implementation of QScend's:

• QScheduler™, which provides an easy-to-use calendar of events with customized notes for each entry;
• QNotify™, which enables citizens to receive in their e-mail box anything from event reminders, to meeting minutes and agendas, to weather cancellations, to new website updates – to name just a few possible uses, and,
• QPolling™, which allows citizens to respond to polls and surveys, and municipal staff to manage and report on the results of those items.
